Payment
Polka Dotz uses Paypal for payment processing. You are able to pay with your paypal account or use a credit card through paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you do not need to create one. Paypal will allow you to use a credit card without an account.
Shipping Rates
All packages will be shipped via
United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Shipping
charges within the continental United States are as follows:
Up to $20 - $3.99
$21.01 to $75.00 - $4.99
$75.01 to $100 - $8.50
$100.01 to $200.00 - $12.50
Over $200 - free shipping
RUSH ORDERS
If you have a rush order please be certain to
contact us ahead of time and state this before you place your order so
that we may be able to accommodate your special circumstance. Rush
charges may apply along with expedited shipping.
If you are local and would like to pick up your item - you may choose local pickup during checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. We will contact you to schedule delivery/pickup.
Shipping Processing Time
All in stock, non customized items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. You will be notified of any out-of-stock item or item that needs to be manufactured prior to shipping. If your order is a custom or personalized order please allow 7-10 days for personalization prior to shipment. It is our goal to ship products as quickly as possible. We ship Monday through Friday.
Sales Tax Information
North Carolina residents pay a 7.75% sales tax.
Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy and strive to provide quality products at reasonable prices. We are unable to accept returns for personalized merchandise. We will accept return if there is a defect or non-personalized prodcuts. Returns may be accepted within 7 business days of receipt in original packaging. Customer must email for a return validation number and is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Privacy policy
All information collected is for the purpose of completing orders to the customer. No information will be given to a third party under any circumstance. You may receive information about our specials but will always be given the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving these messages.
